Phone Calls
We welcome your phone calls. In order to give each patient our full attention, both in the office and on the telephone, we have designated telephone call-back times. We generally return phone calls between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm, and after 4:00 pm. Of course, exceptions are made for urgent needs.
If you call outside of regular business hours, you may leave a message and we will return your call the following business day. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Alternatively, you may reach the on-call physician through the Medical Exchange at 458-1121.
If your call is for the purpose of a medication refill, please be aware that the most efficient way to process a refill is through a faxed request from your pharmacy. Please ask your pharmacy to fax the request at least two business days before you will need the medication refill.
